All of our wok flavorings are prepared in-house, crafted from fresh herbs, spices, and sauces, giving every dish its unique depth and character.
Our signature Beijing Duck is a true highlight. Following a traditional recipe, the duck is marinated and air-dried for 72 hours before being roasted in an authentic vertical oven. We proudly use the Cherry Valley breed, GMO-free and prized in Hong Kong and Singapore’s finest restaurants, for its tender meat and rich flavor.
